Sushi

The day before yesterday Jod brought my sushi, on sale in my local bakery.

When I first came here there were only two cafes or so in the city. Elsewhere, there was no coffee but nescafe.

Well, the Outpost is moving forwards. If they go on like that, in a couple of decades they will be an Outpost in terms of geography only.

By then I will be gone far far away from here for a long long time. Or the oppressive heat will have melted me against the dry dusty ugly landscape.

Until then, we will (also) have sushi.
